Performance coaching is more than just performing better: it is exploring together what drives you, where you hinder yourself and how you can use your potential sustainably.
There are different ways to reach your destination or to achieve your goals. Making the right choice will depend on different factors:
- Your starting point: Meeting the person, team or organisation at their bus stop is important to get them on board
- Your motivation: Keeping in mind the motivation “why you do what you do“, will bring positive energy to the process and will keep you focussed on what really matters

My approach is based on the HILL principle (High Impact Learning that Lasts), which helps you not only understand new concepts, but also apply them directly.
This way you learn deeply, practically and sustainably. You do not only learn by attending individual sessions, but you also grow through a powerful mix of knowledge, experience, reflection and personal guidance.

By actively bringing and listening to the story and the underlying needs, we clarify the question so that we can continue with the matters that really have an impact at that moment.
Phase 2
Adding nuance and making connections
We often understand rationally what needs to be done, but we fail to take the steps in practice. In this phase, we pause to consider what keeps us in a status quo and how we can bring about change.
Phase 3
Getting moving and adjusting
By drawing up a step-by-step plan through co-creation and reviewing and adjusting it at regular intervals, changes in daily life are made possible.
